Who Is Britt’s Boss On General Hospital? Head Writers Drop Big Clue About ‘Diabolical’ Villain! (Exclusive)

Since Kelly Thiebaud returned to General Hospital last month, her alter ego, Britt Westbourne, has been kept under the close scrutiny of Pascal, on orders from the mysterious boss, a male, who they both report to. The show has dropped precious few hints as to the villain’s identity, outside of clearly identifying him as a man with a connection to Professor Dalton’s seemingly shady activities at PCU. But Soap Opera Digest was able to pry some additional — and juicy — information from the show’s head writers, Elizabeth Korte and Chris Van Etten!

International Man of Mystery

“Britt’s work is one end of a research pipeline – the other end is overseen by Dalton back in Port Charles,” begin the scribes, referencing the work Britt has been toiling away at in the lab inside the Five Poppies Resort and Spa and to Dalton. “The work in question is potentially both very valuable – and very dangerous. It’s the kind of project you’d have to be both crazy and diabolical to undertake. That’s the sort of person Britt and Dalton are working for,” Korte and Van Etten hint. And that’s not all they told us! The two writers added that as much as Britt’s return has given what they call a “jolt” to the GH action, “The excitement won’t end with her. The Faison/Obrecht clan is just getting started.”

What could that mean? Well, there’s no one who fits the description of “crazy and diabolical” better than Cesar Faison, Britt’s super-villain of a father — but even in the anything-can-happen world of Port Charles, his death would be extremely hard to reverse, given that his brain was removed and dissected by the WSB following his demise. But as Anna recently noted, though, his work, much of which concerned weaponizable technology, “lives on.”

The big question is, who would be carrying the mantle for Faison? Peter August — the son he shared with Anna’s cunning twin, Alex — was rather dastardly himself. But he, too, appeared to die a definitive on-screen death back in 2022 when Felicia attacked him in defense of her daughter, Maxie, and Anna watched as the life drained out of his body.

So, who do you think is calling the shots of Britt’s mysterious research efforts — is it someone who’s been on the show before, or is a new villain about to enter the GH mix? Let us know your theories in the comments below!
